All orders ship from our USA warehouses. Processing time is 1-2 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 3-8 business days anywhere in the continental US.

Shipping rates:
- Standard shipping: $5.99
- Free shipping on orders over $39
- Expedited shipping (2-3 days): $14.99

International shipping: We're working on it! For now, we only ship within the USA.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at hello@squishysquad.co.

💫 Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to love every single thing. If you don't, we'll make it right.

Our 60-day happy returns policy:
- Unworn, unwashed, hair-free items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Include a note with your order number.
- Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

How to start a return:
Email us at hello@squishysquad.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions.

Not a fit? No problem.
If your harness or collar doesn't fit, we'll swap it for the correct size — free of charge. Just email us with your pup's measurements and we'll handle the rest.

Damaged or wrong item?
We'll send a replacement immediately, no return needed. Just send us a photo so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Calming treats, chews, and any opened consumables cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.
